Right-Sourcing Your Training Development
When should you outsource training development, and once you make the big decision, how can you manage a smooth outsourcing relationship? This session will present both sides of the outsourcing equation and provide tips on overcoming the inevitable challenges. It will address multiple models such as various offshore and co-shore arrangements as well as how to maintain clear channels of communication.
